Thank you for choosing to top up your First City Telecom account, any account with low usage (where more than 3 invoices in any 6 month period are below our minimum payment amount) are automatically converted into pre-pay accounts, this helps to keep our prices low by removing a lot of administration work required to manage low-usage accounts.
