Most numbers can be re-routed using our control panel to any UK landline or mobile, but in the event of a problem with your business premises you may have more important things to deal with (and you might not even have internet access). If you need numbers re-routed you can call us and speak to one of our customer services team who will make the changes for you during business hours.
Outside of business hours you can leave a message and we will call you back, normally within an hour regardless of the time of day.
In some cases instant re-routing needs to be agreed beforehand but in the event that you need your phone numbers re-connected due to an emergency get in touch and we'll make it a priority to get your business communicating again.
