In Windows XP visit the "Control Panel" and select the "Network Connections" section. Select "Create a new connection" from the menu on the left hand side of the screen and follow the step by step wizard, entering the following details when prompted:
Dialup Number: 0845 660 3449
Username: firstcity
Password: firstcity
SMTP Server: smtp.firstcitytelecom.com
