Due to a bill generation problem the billing run last night produced multiple bills (containing individual services) for one-bill accounts.

There is no duplicate billing and the charges and calls, etc are all unique but your services that would normally appear on a single bill/invoice may be spread over a number of bills depending on the number of services on your account.

We are currently merging these invoices and will re-issue them in the correct one-bill format later today.
