We will be conducting network maintenance on our Fax2Email platform along with several internal systems (call record processing and billing systems) between 10pm and midnight tonight (13th January).

Between these times any faxes received on all Fax2Email numbers will be queued for delivery when the systems have been upgraded. These changes are required to allow for the implementation of several new features on the customer control panel.

We've been made aware that the use of the word 'missed' in relation to calls that aren't answered for some reason is causing some confusion.

We are currently looking into a few cases where customers believe that their contact numbers are not working correctly as some calls are being marked as 'missed' on the daily and monthly call records.

There are four status words used to describe calls, these are as follows:

inbound - incoming call and completed successfully
outbound - call was placed and completed successfully
