Just a quick message to confirm that due to an increasing number of false/incomplete and fraudulent orders we will be making additional checks when an order is placed using email addresses on the following email services:
Google Mail / Gmail
Yahoo! Mail
Hotmail / MSN Mail
Non-UK Email services
Additional checks may include a validation text message sent to a UK mobile, a call to a verified landline number or a confirmation letter sent to a UK postal address provided with the order. We reserve the right to delay activation of chargeable services until the verification process has been completed.
It's with great regret that we are having to implement these additional validation measures but we feel it is necessary to prevent us from having to increase prices for genuine customers to accommodate the minority who wish to abuse our services.
This will only apply to new customers and, as always, we will use our discretion when making the above checks to ensure that genuine customers do not suffer undue delays.
