From the 2nd April 2009 we will be changing the direct dial telephone numbers for all staff (along with internal extension numbers).
The purpose of these changes are to allow the phasing out of our existing 0844 direct dial numbers (charged at 4p per minute) and replace them with local 01752 numbers that in most cases will be included in call packages when calling from a landline or mobile phone.
We will also be changing staff extension numbers to keep with the current system we use of using the last four digits of the direct dial number as the staff members extension number.
Existing 0844 direct numbers will continue to function indefinitely and the four digit extension numbers will continue to be available until the 2nd May 2009 at which point they will be removed.
New direct contact numbers will be shown on all emails, letters, etc by the 2nd April and are available on request from your account representative.
