Due to adverse weather conditions across parts of the UK we’re currently experiencing high call volumes to our offices and there may be a longer than normal delay when answering calls.
We are also processing a higher than normal number of change requests for divert numbers and booking additional BT Openreach appointments for customers experiencing line faults, this additional workload is causing a slight delay with email responses and where manual changes are required on numbers and lines.
